URGENT NEEDS: Cat Island Children's Home
Bathroom Remodel
The home is in desperate need of bathroom remodels. The children currently bathe with no stalls separating them. Everything has been untouched in quite some time. We want to provide these beautiful children (boys and girls) an area of privacy and comfortability.
Water System
The current Reverse Osmosis System installed behind the children's home is unusable. It has not operated correctly in a long time. With this system down, the home is having to ship in water for use. This is a huge financial burden for them. We want to repair and upgrade this system to provide clean water to the children and tremendously cut the expensive costs of shipping in water.
Why We Do The Work
There are two men in this picture. The one to the left is Ko Aung, our orphanage director in Keng Tung, Myanmar. The young man to the right was once a child growing up in this very home. He unexpectedly returned in January 2025 with support for the new children living where he grew up! He told Ko Aung that he would never forget the love and care he was provided and will always return with support for the new children!
